This week, I heard accounts of the lives of people where fear paralyzed them to their core. Literally, stole everything from them including their life. Fear lies to us and tells us that we are not enough. It tells us that we don’t have enough, that we can’t be enough. Fear tells us that we aren’t loved that we aren’t acccepted and that we aren’t known. It lies and keeps us in bondage, in secret prisons of our mind. Please, whatever you do, don’t let fear steal your life. Don’t allow fear to dictated your life and define you. Fear is just that, fear and it’s a liar.

#realtalkfriday My favorite pastime, overthinking things. Don’t put it past me, I can do this about almost anything. Maybe a little slowing down, acceptance and under analyzing would be a good start to remedy this. Maybe a little more letting go, more trusting and less controlling might suit me...
